Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and keep peas ready Crumble the paneer with hands and keep aside

Take ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds

When they turn soft and pink add dry Masalas and stir well. When the Masala gets aromatic add tomato and green chili. I add green chili to the grinder along with tomato and purée them together.

Mix the purée and let it cook

* Step 5

Now add crumbled paneer and mix everything well Cover and let it cook for 5 min more so that all the flavors blend together nicely.

Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti, paranthe or purée.
