Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take wheat flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough using water Keep aside(covered) for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 2

Now for stuffing

Now heat up the mustard oil in a pan Pour this hot oil on the besan and mix well with a spoon This will help Heena and besan to be cooked slightly Make a nice thick paste and let it cool

Making of Paratha

Now apply besan paste and spread all over with the help of the back of spoon.

* Step 6

Now fold it in a way that we get layers (like we used to make paper fan)

* Step 7

Roll the log and spread again with the help of a rolling pin.

* Step 8

Keep tawa to heat up. Place the besan stuffed Paratha on hot tawa and let it cool on low flame.

* Step 9

Flip the side and let it cook Flip again and apply ghee or oil as per your liking.

* Step 10

Remove when it’s done. Enjoy hot Paratha with curd, pickle and butter

* Step 11

NOTE:- you can make the besan paste in advance and use when needed
