Shahi Paneer In Pumpkin sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut red pumpkin into thin long pieces and chop ginger too. Put them in a pressure cooker

* Step 2

Add 2 cups water and mix well. Cook for 3-4 whistles or till the pumpkin becomes soft. Make purée when it cools down

* Step 3

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add green cardamoms, black cardamoms, cinnamon, cloves and sauté till fragrant.

* Step 4

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,, salt, mix well and sauté for 1 minute.Cut green chillies diagonally and add to the pan.

* Step 5

Add red pumpkin purée and cook for 5-7 minutes.

* Step 6

Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes and add to the pan. Add fresh cream and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

* Step 7

Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
