Baked Vegetables

#THC #MILK #post3 Baked vegetables is made in white sauce using flour and milk.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut all the vegetables in small size.

* Step 2

Boil veggies for two whistles in a pressure cooker.

* Step 3

For white sauce- Put three spoons salted butter Add two tablespoons maida and roast on low flame

* Step 4

Keep stirring to avoid making lumps Switch off the flame & add cold milk 3/4 cup and stir nicely(important step).

* Step 5

Now again put on the flame and mix nicely breaking lumps if any making into a smooth paste.Add salt and black pepper.

* Step 6

At this stage can add more milk acc to consistency of white sauce needed.

* Step 7

Once it starts boiling can add boiled vegetables without the stock. Vegetable stock can be used for soup etc.

* Step 8

When all the vegetables get nicely coated in white sauce, can transfer it into a microwave safe bowl and garnish with some cheese (mozzarella or cheese slice)

* Step 9

Keep in microwave for ten min till the cheese gives u brown coating and veggies get done.

* Step 10

Can bake without cheese too Serve with garlic bread or plain toast.
