Red chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large mixing now, add all the ingredients except the oil.

* Step 2

Combine all the ingredients well, add a tablespoon of oil and add little water at a time to make a smooth firm puri dough. Make a smooth dough and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat oil for deep frying in a wok.

* Step 4

Divide the dough into 20 small portions and roll the puri dough on an oiled surface into a 3 inch diameter circle.

* Step 5

Deep fry the Achari Masala Puri until it puffs up and gets golden brown in colour.

* Step 6

Once done, drain from the oil and serve.

* Step 7

Enjoy hot poories with sabzi or just like that
