Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place your eggs into a saucepan and cover with cold water.

* Step 2

Put onto a high heat and it will be done in 5-7 minutes. Let them cool

* Step 3

Till then cut onion, tomato and bell pepper

* Step 4

Cut an avocado and cut into pieces or mash slightly

* Step 5

Add juice of 1 lemon, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.

* Step 6

Peel the eggs once cooled Cut them in cubes and add to the ready mix

* Step 7

Gently mix everything and enjoy with buttered toast and tea
