California Farm Chinese Pork Tenderloin
This delicious and simple dish is served warm, sliced over fried rice. A few slices are saved frozen to add color and flavor to wonton soup.

Overnight marinade, 30 minute roast
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place whole tenderloin in glass baking dish after removing the silverskin. Add marinade ingredients. Cover with cooking wine. Rest 8 hours. Preheat oven to 375F degrees, bake 30 minutes. Lift meat on cutting board, rest 10 minutes.
* Step 2
While meat is resting, pour leftover marinade and roasting juices in cast iron sauce pan, boil till thick over high heat, stirring, about 10 minutes. Brush over meat, slice 1/4” thick, serve over turmeric rice. Save 8 slices to make Wor Wonton Soup. Enjoy
