Honey Banana Muffins
These are a favorite when I bake them for my crew.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat unsalted butter in medium skillet until melted on medium heat. Add pecans, sugar, and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Toast for approximately 7 min. Set aside.
* Step 3
Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt in separate bowl. Set aside.
* Step 4
Mash bananas until smooth. Using a hand mixer (or a stand mixer fixed with the paddle) mix honey, oil, vanilla & egg with banana mixture.
* Step 5
Add flour mixture to banana mixture until just combined.
* Step 6
Scoop approximately 1/4 Cup muffin batter into muffin liners. Top with toasted pecans. Makes 10-12 Muffins.
* Step 7
Bake for 20 min. Inserted toothpick should come out clean.
