Spicy Sweet Potato Leaves Namul
This is a simple way of enjoying sweet potato or yam leaves without the hassle of stir-frying! Delicious :) I just had to chop off a little part of the stems as the rest of the leaves and stalks were quite tender.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blanched sweet potato leaves till soft. I like to leave it with a little crunch!
* Step 2
Rinse and cool sweet potato leaves under running water. Squeeze out excess water and mix it the rest of the seasonings. Enjoy!
