Radish idli/ muli idli

#morningbreakfast. Quick easy yet healthy.

Ingredient

1 cup

raw rice

1/4 cup

curd

1 teaspoon

oil

1 teaspoon

Chanadaal

1 teaspoon

mustard and jeera

1 tablespoon

chopped curry leaves

1 teaspoon

grated ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Corasly grind rice without adding water. Transfer to a bowl add curd or buttermilk and water mix well and keep it overnight. Don't add more water consistency should be like idly batter.

* Step 2

In the Morning add grated radish. Add chopped onions, ginger, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves,mix in the batter.

In a pan heat oil add mustard and jeera. Chopped chillies. Chana daal saute and add it to batter. Add salt

* Step 4

Grease idling pan and add batter. Steam for 15min. And serve with chutney.
