#milk. It's a famous sweet of belgaum, place in Karnataka. Simple to prepare tastes too good.

Ingredient

1 liter

milk

1 cup

sugar

1 cup

curd

1 teaspoon

cardamom powder

1 teaspoon

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan till it reduces to half.

* Step 2

Add half cup of sugar. Add curd and stir continues. Keep in high flame and keep stirring. Milk stars curdling forming granules.

* Step 3

Keep stirring till water content dry out.

Meanwhile in a pan heat remaining sugar in a low flame to make caramel. Keep stirring in low flame so that sugar should not get burned.

Add caramel to milk.add cardamom powder and mix well.

Completely dry out the water. kunda will star leaving the bottom.

At this point transfer to a plate greased with ghee. after cooling cut into desired shape.

Now enjoy the famous sweet of belgaum.
