Ingredient

500 grams

chicken

2 tablespoon

ginger garlic paste

1/4 cup

curd

1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

2 tablespoon

chilli powder

1 tablespoon

daniya powder

1 teaspoon

pepper powder

3 tablespoon

ghee

To taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken with curd, salt and turmeric powder for 30 mins.

* Step 2

Heat butter or ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute.

* Step 3

Add onions and cook till transparent. Add curry leaves and tomatoes cook till tomatoes become mushy.

* Step 4

Add chicken, cover lid and cook for 5min.

* Step 5

Add chilli powder, daniya powder, cinnamon and clove powder

* Step 6

Add desired amount of water cook till chicken becomes tender. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
