Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make dough by mixing atta and maida with water, salt and 3 tablespoons oil. keep it for 1 hour.

* Step 2

Make balls and roll as much thin possible

Spread oil over and fold

Make circular of folded

* Step 5

Roll it again don't press much. roll thick. and spread oil on tawa put rolled parota and roast both side. apply ghee

Crispy yet soft parota ready to have.
