Vegan Chinese Style Tofu and Vegg Bowl

Ingredient

1/2 block

hard tofu

1/2 cup

soy sauce

2 tbsp

sessame oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the vegetables in long and thin strips strips and saved them

* Step 2

Cut the tofu in big squares

* Step 3

Fried the vegetables separately for around 2 minutes. Also,add the pepper,salt and soy sauce

* Step 4

Boiled the cauliflower for 3 minutes.

* Step 5

Serve with the rice and add the sessame oil on top
