Chinese idli tadka
Lets enjoy so healthy snack when you have really nothing just need basic spices and only semolina. #halloween

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix curd and semolina with all spices and mix well.rest for 10 minutes.add baking soda and powder if eno unavailable but if eno is here then it's best to make anything fluffy like bread dhokla,cake or other fluffy dishes
* Step 2
Mix well and set a pan add water and set stand in center.pour mixture into small bowls after greasing with oil or idli plates if have.steam for 10 minutes and take out.
* Step 3
Otherwise roast cumin and mustard seeds.add ketchup and soy sauce with Chinese masala.add little water and mix well.make a thick masala tadka and add idli cut pieces in this mixture to coat well.
* Step 4
