Ingredient

milk powder

1 1/2 tablespoon

oil

1 1/2 tablespoon

ghee

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

black salt

1 teaspoon

jeera

1 teaspoon

rose water

1 tablespoon

grated ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak the rice in water for thirty minutes. After thirty minutes strain it and spread the rice under moving fan. Add turmeric powder, black salt and black pepper powder, red chilli powder, milk powder and ghee. Combine all ingredients well and keep rest.

Heat oil in the kadhai. Add dry fruits and nuts and raisins saute for few seconds and keep aside.

Keep all ingredients near the gas oven.

Now add jeera and bay leaves and let it splutter, add whole garam masala includes cardamoms, cloves star anis, cinnamon stick saute for few seconds,add grated ginger and cook to continue. Now add green beans and grated carrots and saute it two minutes more.

Now add marinated rice to the kadhai. Mix evenly everything carefully and cook to continue in medium high heat. Add garam masala powder and combine all together with rice Add half of fried dry fruits and nuts and mix again and saute it constantly,because it may be burned.

Now add required water which is mentioned above. And and bring to a boil,and next simmer add rose water, salt to taste and cook till the rice is ready to serve. Spread half of fried dry ingredients above the rice.
