Spinach broccoli carrot curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange all ingredients near the cooking side
* Step 2
Wash all with the water, Now boil water with salt put carrot pieces boil till half done next add broccoli boil until cooked
* Step 3
After boil next strain the vegetables and at once blanch the boiled vegetables under cold water and strain and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now put oil and butter in the pan,add crushed garlic saute until brown, add red chilli flakes chopped spinach to the pan, saute for few minutes in high flame, add blanched vegetables to the pan, add salt, lime juice, and Italian mixed herbs, mix well saute for more times. Last add cornstarch mix with water to the pan saute for few more minutes until the veggies are well cooked.
* Step 5
Healthy tasty curry is ready to serve. Serve with hot rice.
