Cooking instructions

* Step 1

There are few steps of stir fried dish,first hot bath next cold bath that is blanching, and make sauce which includes - ouster sauce, salt, brown sugar,corn flour and mix it well and keep aside. Lastly stir fried

Boil water in a large saucepan, put carrot to the boiling water then put chopped beans boil the vegetables,when are half done,add cauliflower florets next add broccoli boil till cooked lastly add all types of bell peppers,keep few seconds later strain and put strain vegetables at once to the cold water and strain and keep it aside.

* Step 3

Boil oil in the heated pan put crushed garlic,when it becomes brown add pre mix sauce and give it a good stir.

Now put strained vegetables keep the flame in high temperature saute for few minutes,

When it has beencooked add to the serving plate,and it's perfect for hot rice.
