Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First add water in the bowl put soaked chanadal in the bowl then put in the pressure cooker, give four whistles then turn off the oven and rest for normal temperature.
* Step 2
Next add aata and refined flour into the bowl add two tablespoons ghee, add little water step by step and mix it continue until aata is nicely mix and soft, no need to add salt, and keep for rest for half an hour, cover with the lid and little ghee to the aata mix.

Now put another pan in the oven when it is heated, add chanadal to the pan and add pinch of salt and turmeric powder, mix well then add one tablespoons ghee to the chanadal, stir and fry, now add grated gur to the pan also add crushed cardamom and nutmeg powder mix well and is stirring continuously, until chana dal is completely smashed. Now rest it.

Make balls from chana dal

Remove the lid of the aata and mix again, make small balls
* Step 6
Put chana balls to the aata dough.
* Step 7
Roll in the rolling stand to make round shape.Finish making all in the same way.

Now heat the pan fry all puran poli with the ghee and serve hot.
