tomato sauce

2 teaspoons

red chilli sauce

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

soya sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl add four eggs one after another after cracking, add salt black pepper powder and little crushed ginger,

* Step 2

Now take a pan with water and add to the heated oven, put the egg mix bowl to the water cover with the lid boil for fifteen minutes after that turn off the heat and rest then after few minutes cut the egg in pieces

* Step 3

Take another bowl, add refined flour and, salt, corn flour with little water make a fine batter,

* Step 4

Put all egg pieces mix with the batter, put a pan on the heated oven add oil and fry all egg pieces, and keep aside.

* Step 5

Add more oil in the same pan when heated add crushed garlic, crushed ginger, fry little then add the onion, stir add capsicum, next add to the tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce whisk it and keep stirring, now add the corn flour mix with the water, add fried eggs keep stirring spread green onion give it a mix then turn off the heat

* Step 6

Serve with the hot plate ful of rice.
