punjabis are not adding salt and oil to their dough but they are making super paratha by using their hands by making super soft dough I love it
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add wheat flour to the bowl
* Step 3
Now add water to the wheat flour start kneading by applying to the full force of hands
* Step 4
After few minutes add water to the mixing bowl by using their palms with adding little water every steps of making dough
* Step 5
It will be continuing until the aata becomes soft and smooth
* Step 6
Aata making process needs lot more time because it's necessary
* Step 7
When it is made take a bowl with the lid and keep the aata rest in refrigerator for two hours it can be rest for another two days also

Now take out from the refrigerator and knead again
* Step 9
Make small balls from the dough,
* Step 10
Take a rolling pin add to the ball,
* Step 12
Roll it and spread ghee to the roll, again fold it four times and becomes square shaped roll
* Step 13
Heat the tawa put the paratha roll to the tawa fry both sides by pressing with the back of the ladle with adding little ghee and fry it well
* Step 14
Delicious paratha is made.
