Ingredient

khoya

pinch

salt

Handful

cashewnuts

2 tablespoons

honey

2/3 cup

cold milk

1 cup

cold curd

1 teaspoon

black salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First blend the cashewnuts and keep aside make a fine powder and keep aside,

* Step 2

Now add the milk, curd, cashewnut powder, honey black salt, salt, blend it and keep aside

* Step 3

Then take a tall glass and add the lassi to the glass then spread honey and few cashewnut to the top of the glass,

* Step 4

Add few strings of saffron, rest for few minutes in refrigerator then again churn by the hand blender

* Step 5

Yummy healthy lassi is ready.
