Chicken Biryani

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

biryani masala

8 pieces

crushed garlic

water

1 teaspoon

jeera

garam masala

2 teaspoons

rose water

ghee

As needed

veg oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First rice soaked in water for half an hour then drain the water and spread the rice in the plate

Cut all tomatoes, onions in small pieces and keep aside

* Step 3

Wash chicken with the water,

* Step 4

Marination of chicken take a mixing bowl add the curd add the termaric powder, oil, salt, little jeera dhania powder, little biriyani masala mix it well, then add the Chicken pieces, give it a good mix and keep rest for an hour

* Step 5

Now heat the big pan add adequate ghee in the pan after boiling add the bay leaves, jeera, garam masala

* Step 6

When it is crackles, add garlic then onion pieces, fry until the onion looks red in colour,

* Step 7

Then add the chicken and ginger mix it well give it a nice stir then cover with the lid until the Chicken is cooked,

After that open the lid give it a stir, then add the soaked rice to the pan keep stirring,

* Step 9

Then add the one and half bowl of water mix all well keep boiling add the biriyani masala add the rose water,coriander leaves again add the ghee because biriyani needs lots of ghee boil until made,

* Step 10

Then again put the lid and put the pan to the big bowl of water for giving dom to the biriyani for ten minutes

Nice aroma is spread to the kitchen,

Delicious biriyani is ready.
