Mixed veg curry

Ingredient

8-10 florets

Broccoli

1 bundle

spinach leaves

1 capsicum

cut in pieces

1 tablespoon

Garam masala powder

as needed

green chilli

As needed

salt

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

As needed

oil

As needed

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut all vegetables in a same manner

Switch on the gas burner add pan on the oven

* Step 3

Put oil when it heated add spinach leaves

* Step 4

Spread the spinach in the pan in medium heat fry it and keep in the bowl

* Step 5

Now add onion slices in the pan after pouring oil fry lightly

* Step 6

Now add broccoli pieces stir then cover with the lid

* Step 7

After few minutes remove the cover and when broccoli is soft add capsicum add red and yellow bell peppers stirring continuously then add salt and black peppers next add green chilli then garam masala powder then add red chilli powder mix well next add coriander leaves last of all put fried spinach leaves mix all ingredients

* Step 8

Tasty curry is ready to serve
