Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take chicken pieces then are to be cut little bit so that masala can be absorbed in the pieces

* Step 2

Now add curd,add blended onion,add garlic- ginger in the chicken pieces

* Step 3

Next keep it in the refrigerator for 4 hours

* Step 4

After that remove from the refrigerator

Add blended kaju puree

* Step 6

Add blended chaarmagaj add posto puree

* Step 7

Add roasted Besan

* Step 8

Add red chilli powder

Add kasmiri red chilli powder

Add golapjal

Add kesar which is soaked in water add to the chicken pieces

Add dhania jeera cardamom labang masala add salt

Next Keep it in the normal temperature because cooking can be done easily

Now put 2 tablespoons oil in the pan add chicken pieces only without liquid

Fry both sides then keep aside

Next take another pan add oil and ghee if you want u can cook by the ghee

Put rest liquid substance which is marinated by the chicken

Gas will be in medium flame

Stirring continuously

When it will be thickned add fried chicken pieces

Mix well Add some kesar and golapjal cover with the lid keep it for ten minutes in low flame

Next remove the lid Sweet smell Will comes out from the chicken when done keep the chicken in the serving bowl
