Bosnian Kljukuša - Hash brown pie

Another potato recipe. A traditional Bosnia-Herzegovina baked hash brown pie.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 160°C.

* Step 2

A - In a mixing bowl, combine A and mix well. Add enough salt and you can be a bit generous if you want as you'll add liquid later on.

* Step 3

Transfer mixture into a baking pan. Bake at 160°C - 170°C for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and looking crispy.

* Step 4

Serve warm with dollops of sour cream.
