Crunchy Asian Veggies Salad
This is Thai's Som Tum and Cambodia's Bok Lahong inspired salad recipe.

* Step 1
VEGGIES 🔪
👉🏻 Preps & measure all ingredients. See pic below. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Salad Dressing 🥄🥣
👉🏻 crush chopped chillies using mortar and pestle. Add sugar, lime juice and fish sauce. Mix well. Pour this mixture to your shredded veggies.
* Step 3
Crush peanuts using mortar and pestle. Add finely crushed peanuts to your veggies.
* Step 4
To jazz up this basic recipe, you can add:
👉🏻 dried shrimps - softened & pounded
👉🏻Shredded chicken
👉🏻 Blanched seafood like octopus, squids, prawns, shells, crabs
👉🏻 chicken feet
👉🏻 thinly sliced meat
