Thai Fish Sauce Chicken Wing Nibbles

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chicken can be marinated in the fridge for anything from 30mins to overnight. We do ours in the evening, before bed, then refrigerate it overnight so we can fry it the next morning, usually for picnic or road trip. So here we are, it's finally sunny today. nice & warm. This is perfect for our picnic. This clean tasting fried chicken is also great as drinking snacks too.
* Step 2
Clean the wings and marinate with the rest of the ingredients. Marinate for 30mins, 1 hour or overnight.
* Step 3
Deep fry over medium low heat for 5-7 minutes, turning few times so you'll have a nice even browning.
* Step 4
