Chicken Kebabs

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the grill, grill pan, or broiler.

* Step 2

Cut chicken into cubes.

* Step 3

Mix Greek dressing ingredients together and pour over chicken chunks. Let sit to marinade for 15-20 minutes.

* Step 4

Place chicken chunks on skewers. Grill or broil turning every few minutes to ensure cook fully. (Takes about 20 minutes total on the grill).

* Step 5

While the chicken is cooking (or marinading) mix up the Tzatziki Sauce. Stir together all the ingredients.

* Step 6

Serve with Greek salad, baba ghanoush, or other Mediterranean favorites.
