Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
A classic appetizer always a favorite, it also is a great side dish to grilled meats and fish.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425, butter a baking dish large enough to hold mushrooms in one layer
* Step 2
Fill each mushroom cap with crab filling and place in baking dish.
* Step 3
Pour lemon butter over the crab, sprinkle with all cheeses, add bacon. Bake until hot and cheese melts, about 20 minutes.
* Step 4
Garnish with chives and parsley and serve
