Fresh Strawberry Mousse
A quick to put together fresh light dessert. It’s full of intense . Creamy strawberry flavor and makes a pretty presentation !
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Purée strawberries, lemon and salt in a food processor. Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
* Step 2
Heat one cup straw juice to a boil. Add jello and stir to dissolve completely. Add 1 cup cold strawberry juice and refrigerate until cold bit Not setting up_
* Step 3
Beat cream until starting to thucken. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat to just hold its shape
* Step 4
Fold un cold strawberry mixture m spoon into glassed and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight
* Step 5
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
