Honey Wheat Rolls
Many steakhouses serve individual loafs of some variation of a dark bread. This is a honey wheat variation that's hearty, slightly sweet but soft and really full of flavor. It's great warm with soft butter melting on each slice. It freezes great, just thaw and heat in a 375 oven for just a few minutes to warm and crisp crust.Instead of loafs I made rolls. The rolls are also a great sandwich roll.
