My fav asian food Pakoras 🥘. Ramadhan special. Good to serve as a snack
Pakoras can be of different varieties . There are onions pakoras, potatoes and my fav egg plant pakoras . They are so yummy and crispy to taste .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Now mix besan and all of the spices together into a thick batter. Add salt too.
* Step 2
Preheat oil we have to deep fry it.
* Step 3
Now add the potato slice or egg plant dip it in the batter and deep fry for 15 minutes until crispy.
* Step 4
Enjoy in snack time. With tea optional Or yogurt chutni.
