Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Buat lubang ditengah bahan A, kemudian tuang bahan B; aduk rata pake whisk sampe licin gak ngegumpal.
* Step 3
Kocok putih telur, cream of tartar & garam sampai berbusa.
Kemudian masukkan gula bertahap 3x sampai kaku ya (tandanya wadah kocokan kalo dibalik telur gak tumpah).
* Step 4
Masukkan secara bertahap (3x) kocokan putih telur ke dalam adonan pasta tadi, kemudian aduk lipat gunakan spatula sampai rata.
* Step 5
Tuang adonan kedalam loyang dan panggang selama 50 menit dgn suhu 160C (sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing ya).
* Step 6
Chiffon cake ini sangat sangat lembab & lembut.. gak bikin seret di tenggorokan.
