Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bersihkan semua bumbu-bumbu dan haluskan (bisa uleg / blender).

Cuci bersih bawang merah, kemudian iris tipis.

* Step 3

Masukan bumbu halus, sereh, lengkuas kayu manis, dan daun salam; tumis hingga matang / berubah kecoklatan.

Kemudian masukan daging, aduk rata dengan bumbu dan tutup selama 15 menit.

* Step 5

Masukan santan, air serta cabai rawit. Masak hingga daging matang & kuah sedikit mengental.

Selanjutnya masukan irisan tomat & koreksi rasa.
