Grandma's Super Yummy Layered Napa Cabbage

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the meat layer: heat oil in a pan, fry the onions (cut into small cubes), add salt and pepper and sweet paprika, stir well, add the minced meat. Cook until meat is ready

* Step 2

Cut the leaves of the nappa cabbage into big pieces and cook it till tender in salted water

* Step 3

Cook the rice as per instructions on the box

* Step 4

Mix the sour cream with the egg.

* Step 5

Layer the ingredients in an ovenproof dish: first layer: half of the cabbage, add some grinded black pepper. Then comes the rice layer, then the meat, then the rest of the cabbage. Put the sour cream-egg mixture on top, add the cheese and bake it in the oven until sour cream is set and cheese starts to brown a little. Add more grinded black pepper when serving.
