This is a quick to go to food during my workout diets Very tasty I usually accompany that with roasted sweet potatoes and salad

Sprinkle all the ingredients on to the stake on both sides evenly

Fire up bbq and cook at medium to low heat. You be the judge how well you like to cook it I like mine medium well.
