South Indian style FISH FRY

This south Indian fish fry is my absolute favourite. Very very easy to make and awesome in taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind all the masala ingredients to a fine paste. Do not add too much water. Just 1 or 2 tbsp is ample enough for grinding the paste.

* Step 2

Then gently apply /coat the masala on the fish pieces. Let it Marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.

* Step 3

Once done with the marination, fry them as you like. (deep fry or tawa fry)

* Step 4

Serve hot !
