Indian spicy macaroni/ Pasta

I was never a fan of macaroni pasta before .But my hubby boy loves it a lot. So I started cooking macaroni in different ways. And this one is my hubby boy's favorite

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boiling Macaroni/ Pasta: Boil the water. And when it starts boiling add salt and oil. Let it boil for 1 min and add macaroni and cook. Once it's completely cooked,strain excess water and Keep aside.

* Step 2

Meanwhile Heat up a pan, add in butter and fry paneer(any shape) till golden brown. Once it's done keep aside.

* Step 3

In the same pan, pour oil in to it.

* Step 4

Add cumin,once it starts to splutter, add chopped green chillies and saute.

* Step 5

Now add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and saute it for a minute.

* Step 6

Now add chopped onions,cook for 2 mins and add tomatoes.

* Step 7

Mix well and cook for 2 mins. Add in - Salt,chilli powder, garam masala,ketchup, red chilli Sauce. Mix everything well and cover and cook for 5 mins in a medium low flame.

* Step 8

Now add in the boiled macaroni/ Pasta and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 more mins.

* Step 9

Tada ! Done.... Now garnish the spicy macaroni with some coriander leaves, paneer and olives.

* Step 10

Serve hot !
