Orange with pork, black beans and broccoli

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the black beans for a few hours as to make them soft, then add the onion in a pan with a spoon of olive oil and saute for 2-3 mins, add the beans with salt&pepper and mix.
* Step 2
Cook the broccoli for about 20 mins, add salt&pepper, olive oil and serve.
* Step 3
I had the pork cooked (takes hours to be soft so cook it ahead)
Add it in a baking pan with the dried apricots,cinnamon, curcumin, salt&pepper, orange slices and apple, and pour some orange juice, add the orange slices on top. Bake for 30-35 mins.
