Homemade creamy mushroom soup

200 g

mushrooms

1 spoon

butter

3 spoons

Yogurt

1 cup

milk

1/2 cup

soya milk

2 cups

water

2 spoons

corn starch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the butter in a pan with the onions and saute for 2-3 mins. Add the cut mushrooms and saute for 3-4 mins and take off the fire.

* Step 2

In another pot put 2 cups water with chicken broth and mix. Put in the yogurt, milk and soya milk, and add some corn starch until it becomes creamy.

* Step 3

Add the mushrooms and onions from the other pan and stir. Add salt & pepper and boil for 5 mins and its ready.

* Step 4

Put the soup in a plate, add the fresh coriander and enjoy! Absolutely delicious..never buying ready mushroom soup again!
