Pork with spinach rice & greek feta

Ingredient

1 slice

greek feta

100 g

rice

150 g

pork

2 spoons

olive oil

1 tsp

curcumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-cook the meat, as it takes a lot of time for pork to be ready, and when done add it into a pan with a spoon of olive oil and saute it until it turns into a darker color.

* Step 2

Boil the spinach for 15 mins, & boil the rice for 10 mins, add salt & pepper and curcumin and mix the all together

* Step 3

Cut the meat into smaller pieces, add the spinach-rice and the greek feta on your plate and you're ready to eat.
