Fried banana for breakfast..simply yummyyyšŸ˜‹

I just want to eat this every day!! Probably a spoon of honey or nutella on top would make that even better!!! I tried to keep the calories low, but it's fried anyway..so add something extra!!šŸ˜‰

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1 cup

flour

1 tsp

cinnamon

Pinch

salt

1/2 cup

milk

1

egg

1 spoon

olive oil

1 spoon

icing sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the egg and milk last

* Step 2

Cut the banana and put in in the mixture

* Step 3

Add oil in a pan and put the banana inside, fry each side for 2-3 mins. Dust with icing sugar. Enjoy
