Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big pot, add oil and onion. Cook until translucent.

* Step 2

Add 1 litre of water and veg stock. Mix it well.

* Step 3

Add all other vegs and on high heat until boiling.

* Step 4

Lower the heat to no.2 and cook for about 15 mins.

* Step 5

Add salt to taste.
