Pork Shogayaki (Ginger Fried Pork)
Somebody gave me a lot of apples and I couldn't eat them all, so I made marinade from ground apples.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make sauce. Grate the apple, ginger and onion. Add soy sauce, sake and water.
* Step 2
Spread out the pork loin and marinate in the sauce. Rest for 10-15 minutes. While waiting, shred the cabbage into thin strips.
* Step 3
Separate the meat and the marinade.
* Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan and spread the pork out to fry. Sprinkle flour on the pork (optional).
* Step 5
When the pork is almost cooked, add marinade and thicken it.
* Step 6
Serve on a plate with shredded cabbage.
