Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the potatoes, microwave for 5 to 6 minutes at 500 to 600 W, then mash well. Mix with the ingredients marked with ◎.
* Step 2
Peel and de-vein the shrimp, leaving the tails. Massage in the prep ingredients, then rinse the shrimp with water. Make a cut down the inner side of the shrimp to butterfly them.
* Step 3
Divide the mashed potatoes into about 10 equal portions, and gently roll into balls, Wrap each ball with a shrimp. Make 10 of these.
* Step 4
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, and arrange the shrimp wrapped potatoes in the pan. Pan fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
* Step 5
When the shrimp changes color, flip them and cook for another 1 minute or so.
