Yellow Peach Almond Cream Tart
An almond cream for beginners! I got the idea to top the tart with yellow peaches from a user.
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Bring the butter to room temperature and mix together with the powdered sugar until fluffy.
* Step 3
Add the beaten egg to Step 2 a little at a time, mixing well with each addition.
* Step 4
Add the almond flour to Step 3 and use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
* Step 5
Pour the almond cream into the tart crust from Step 1 and smooth the surface. Arrange the sliced peaches on top.
* Step 6
Place the tart from Step 5 on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at 180℃ for 45 minutes.
