Stir-fried Brussels Sprouts and Prawns with Garlic
I bought a lot of Brussels sprouts, so I tried stir-frying them with various ingredients. While garlic certainly goes well with Brussels sprouts, I discovered that seafood goes better with Brussels sprouts than meat.
This stir-fry is cooked quickly over high heat, so it's perfect for when you're in a hurry.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Remove veins form the prawns and rinse with sake. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
* Step 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and prawns over high heat.
* Step 3
Add the Brussels sprouts and fry quickly over high heat. Season with salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.
