Almond Cream (Crème d'Amandes)
This is the crème d'amandes that I always make. I love it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend the butter and sugar together, then mix in the egg.
* Step 2
Sift the almond flour and mix into the butter and sugar (if adding liquor, add it at this time).
* Step 3
