Goya and Cheese Stir-Fry
I wanted to eat some goya that would go well with wine, so I tried making this using the ingredients I had in my refrigerator. I made this many times this summer and finally settled on this recipe.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the seeds and fibrous parts of the goya. Thinly slice the goya. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Smash the garlic or chop it finely.
* Step 2
Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and heat over a low heat until fragrant. Add the bacon and stir-fry and mix together.
* Step 3
Change to a high heat and stir-fry the goya. Once the goya has become a vivid color, add flavor by adding the sugar and soy sauce. (Add a little salt if the flavor is still not enough.)
* Step 4
Tear the cheese into pieces and add to the frying pan and then remove from the heat. Once the cheese has melted from the remaining heat, serve on a plate. Sprinkle with pepper according to your taste.
